Dr. Joy Isa is an experienced educator, a certified international school head, a management
consultant, a certified youth counsellor and speaker who passionately supports young people
through varied challenges.
She holds a Master of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Buffalo State University and a
Doctorate in Education, from Walden University. She also has CPD certificates from the Harvard
Graduate School of Education.
Dr Isa is an associate and mentor with WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business, and Public
Service) an author, a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants, and for three
decades, she has contributed to developing education in Africa by facilitating professional
development sessions on multiple platforms locally and internationally. She also served briefly
as President of a women’s university in East Africa.

Dr Isa is the President of ISED, the Isa School of Education – a school of education set up to up-

Moyotician has trained Primary and Secondary School Mathematics Teachers in the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria, including Special Needs Centre, in their thousands. David Ogunshola is a distinguished STEM educator and innovation catalyst with a robust academic and professional background. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, and an M.Ed in STEM Education from the American College of Education. Additionally, he has earned the National Certificate for STEM Teaching (NCST) from the National Institute for STEM Education (NISE) in the USA.
With over 15 years of experience as a Software Developer, IT Consultant, and Educator, David has made significant contributions to STEM education. He co-founded Brainy Hive Schools, a future-driven K-12 institution in Nigeria, and established EarlyFounders Labs, a coding and startup school aimed at preparing children and teens to become innovators. He is also the founder of Daveshoope Inc., a tech consulting and strategy firm that develops software solutions for various sectors.
As an author, David has written “Early Coding for Kids,” a series of curriculum-based computer programming textbooks designed for children. These books have been adopted by numerous schools across different countries, providing a structured approach to teaching coding to young learners.

DR. ADEDAMOLA ISRAEL OLOFA

Dr. Adedamola Israel Olofa is an esteemed educational researcher & trainer in the 21st century learning strategies and school leadership/management, a linguist and author on Amazon with a deep passion for transforming education in Nigeria and beyond. As the founder of Edu-Norms Consulting, he has provided expert guidance on curriculum development, school leadership and
